What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it's necessary to cancel or reschedule your real estate photography session. However, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the appointment time to another client if possible.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, we may charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the photography session. This fee is necessary to cover the costs of our photographer's time and any associated expenses.If you cancel or reschedule on the day of your appointment or fail to show up, we may charge a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the photography session.
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or illness, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
